Today, May 25 is Africa Day and commemorates the 1963 founding of the Organisation of Africa Unity which is now known as the African Union (AU).
The theme for 2015 is “We are Africa,” fostering inclusivity from all role-players, calling everyone from all backgrounds to join the movement of change.
The African Union comprises of 53 member states, collectively addressing challenges such as armed conflict, climate change and poverty.
