Weekend crime report
A couple in Ballito woke up to realise their house have been broken into.

Umhlali SAPS attended the following crimes last weekend.
· A couple woke up on Friday to find out that someone gained entrance into their house in Ballito. Items valued at R30 999 were stolen.
· On Saturday a Shakashead resident was allegedly assaulted by two EFF members for wearing an ANC T-shirt. The incident happened next to the Shakashead community hall.
· In Shakashead two men were found lying on the ground with injuries to their heads and faces on Saturday. They were taken to Stanger Hospital.
· A Nkobongo resident was allegedly intimidated by a drug dealer for exposing him to the press.
