Zimbali the most exclusive estate
When the super-rich are looking for a place to stay, they come to the North Coast.
Ballito’s Zimbali estate was recently rated as the most exclusive estate in South Africa.
This is according to a report by Hurst & Wills and New World Wealth, a global wealth intelligence and market research company.
The report states that the 700 hectare estate has become a premier luxury area, along with Umhlanga and La Lucia.
Zimbali features a world class golf course, hotel and spa and residents have their own private access to the beach.
The report looked at the spots where only the super-rich hang out, and Zimbali made the list mostly because of its exclusivity, security and the view as well as locality and lifestyle offerings.
Following after Zimbali was The Gentleman’s Estate at Val die Vie, Pezula Private Estate outside Knysna in the Southern Cape, Fancourt estate near George on the Garden Route and the Pearl Valley estate, which is also located outside Paarl, next to Val die Vie.
