Police arrested a 20-year-old man on Friday, October 9 for possession of drugs at the Ballito Bay Mall.
A whistleblower informed the police about a man allegedly dealing in drugs at the Ballito Bay Mall parking lot.
At the mall, police approached a vehicle which matched the description provided.
When the man noticed the police he tried to flee, but he was caught and arrested.
He was found in possession of ten packets of cocaine powder and cash.
He will be charged for possession of drugs and will appear in the KwaDukuza Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
