These employees rate their productivity as poor, are likely to suffer from depression and anxiety, and are overweight.

The American Psychological Association’s Dr. David Ballard said there are ten signs you may be experiencing burnout.

This includes exhaustion, lack of motivation, frustration or cynicism, cognitive problems, poor productivity, interpersonal problems at home or work, not taking care of yourself, being preoccupied with work even when you’re not at work, feeling dissatisfied with all aspects of your life and suffering health problems.
