Man beaten to death
A man was beaten to death for allegedly stealing rims and tyres.
A man who allegedly stole car rims and tyres, was beaten to death by Driefontein residents on Sunday night, 24 January.
He was one of three people who had been caught by the community for the crime according to Umhlali SAPS station commander, KN Makhathini who confirmed the incident.
“The other two men have been arrested in the mean time. Police are still investigating the case,” said Makhathini.
