A car overturned injuring 12 people
A car overturned on the R614 and two of the 12 injured are in a critical condition.
Twelve people were injured with two sustaining critical injuries when the car they travelling in overturned in a rural road near R614, Compensation, last night (February 12).
Samantha Meyrick from IPSS medical rescue said 10 people are from the same family and five sustained moderate injuries and three escaped with minor injuries.
“They were taken to KwaDukuza Regional Hospital and Tongaat Clinic,” said Meyrick.
She said it is not clear which direction was the car travelling in.
