Blissful weekend planning

Plan an outing or two, a family activity, then simply relax.

Roll off the couch, and wearing comfortable, cool clothing, take the family for an outing.

Sometimes we want to pack so much into our weekends that we feel overwhelmed and end up doing nothing interesting.

Plan a few things to do and enjoy and during the rest of the time just chill and let things happen, or not.

Don’t forget the simple things like a walk on the beach, gardening, giving time to the children and playing with the dog.

Prepare a meal together, play a board game, do a puzzle, listen to music and read a book or spend some time with a good friend

Below are some fun things to plan for the month-end weekend.

Bonsai

The BBS Mica Bonsai morning on Saturday, February 27 at 9am. Entry is R20 per person (limited to 20 people). Caroll Hermann will be teaching basic tree care and maintenance. Each guest will receive a tree or bring your own with tools. Tickets available at BBS Mica.

You will get a bonsai tree to begin this interesting hobby if you attend this event.
