10 things we love about getting firmer

The Infra-Red Treatment is my absolute favourite especially on these cold winterish days and apart from keeping you snugly warm, it reduces the appearance of cellulite and is therapeutic for weak backs, painful joints and bad posture, as well as providing a gentle lymph drainage flushing out toxins and reducing excess fluids
4. I love that the treatment sessions take place in private, individual cubicles where one can totally relax and unwind and be comfortable without sharing a room with anyone else
5. I love that I can quickly pop in for my sessions during my lunch hour. Its that quick and you’re not left sweaty and smelly afterwards and can get right back to work.

6. I love that the eating plan is easy to follow and doesn’t leave you starving afterwards. It has definitely taught me better eating habits.
7. I love the Electro-therapy treatments and the challenge of seeing how high I can push the frequency of the muscle stimulation.
8. I love having some quiet time to myself! This is a rare thing for a busy working mom. The 45 minute sessions fly while I read my book, enjoy a few frivolous magazines and catch up on Facebook.
9. I love the weekly weigh-in (for real!). The accountability helps me say no to tempting cheats.
