Stanger Manor classroom bullying goes viral

A violent bullying attack by a Stanger Manor schoolboy on a classmate has caused an uproar on social media.

The video shows an incident of bullying where the victim was brutally attacked by a classmate in the school’s classroom. The video has been viewed on Facebook 33 439 times.

In the video, one boy laughs at the camera then violently and repeatedly punches a smaller boy so hard that he crawls under a desk to avoid the attack.

The matter was reported to the education department last week after the victim’s parents reported their child’s bullying to the district manager.

KZN education department media liaison officer, Kwazi Mthethwa said there had been three separate complaints of bullying of the victim since February.
