Mo-Zam-Bik restaurateur Brett Michielin, a creative in the kitchen takes on The Courier's David Hoehler, a chef turned restaurant critic.
Step aside Masterchef, Chopped, The Chopping Block and all the other TV cooking competitions for the live cooking action taking place at the Workstation in Umhlali on Wednesday, October 26.
Restaurant critic from The North Coast Courier David Hoehler will face off against Mo-Zam-Bik restaurateur Brett Michielin. Using their experience, tastebuds and culinary skills, they will each prepare a mouthwatering dish to beat all dishes.
Judges Corinne Austin (local foodie and food blogger), Althea da Silva (local chef), Owen Lloyd (head chef at Old Town Italy in Umhlanga) and a mystery judge that will be taken from the audience will, after deliberation, announce the winner.
