Everyone has a story, share yours

SPAR has launched a special Neighbour Day to be celebrated on Sunday November 6.

Built off of the insight that in South Africa there are a lot of things which keep us apart, SPAR wants to bring people together.

For the week leading up to November 6 SPAR asks people to share their great neighbourhood stories on the My SPAR Facebook page using #SPARNeighbourDay.

SPAR has R20 000 worth of vouchers to give away.

There will be ten winners who will each win R1000 and their neighbour (who they are writing about) will also get R1000.

Neighbours are like family, you can’t choose them.

But you can make friends with them and look after each other so that you become as tight as family.

With all the strife and drama in our world, SPAR would like us to zone in on our communities, especially the folk next door.

“Love thy neighbour” and share your experiences.

However, neighbours can also be colleagues, or people you meet at church and schools and so on.

On Neighbour Day go to your nearest Spar and buy something wonderful for your “neighbour”.
