The Hazelmere Dam level is at 68.76 per cent today (Tuesday, November 8) an increase from 67.4 per cent measured on Tuesday, November 1.
The South African Sugar Cane Research institute (SASRI) weather report gave yesterday’s average rainfall as1.2mm for Darnall, 0.4 for Gledhow and zero for Maidstone.
The October rainfall figures are: 110.5mm for Darnall, 106.3 for Gledhow and 104.2 for Maidstone.
Although water restrictions have been lifted, conservation of water should remain part of our lives.
