Weekend crime report: a man was stabbed to death in Etete
Alcohol was stolen in a Salt Rock robbery.
Umhlali SAPS attended the following crimes last weekend:
*A woman was raped in Etete in Khalafukwe area on Friday night while visiting her sister. Her sister’s partner has been charged with rape.
*A man was stabbed and killed in Etete, Island, on Saturday and a man was arrested for the murder.
* Four men broke into a house on Hewitt Drive, Salt Rock on Saturday. Alcohol was stolen.
Umhlali SAPS urge residents and holidaymakers not to leave valuable items in their cars when they are going out the beach.
