WATCH: Taking a stand against abuse

"Our voices need to be heard in the fight against the culture of abuse in SA"

The DA Women’s Network (DAWN) in KZN are making a visible stand against the abuse of women and children.

As part of a campaign against the abuse of – particularly -women, DAWN are holding frequent placard demonstrations such as the one they held on the corner of Ballito Drive and the M4 on Saturday.

DAWN KZN leader Shehana Kajee told The Courier that enough was enough and that their voices needed to be heard in the fight against the culture of abuse in SA.
