The home is on an elevated site in the Zimbali Coastal Estate with unrestricted 180 degree sea, coastal and breaker views.

This property is packaged for sale together with a neighbouring site, allowing for the development of a second home – or the ultimate luxury of privacy.

Andreas Wassenaar, principal of Seeff Dolphin Coast, says it is a “a one of a kind listing”.

“Every now and again we come across something really special. R70 million sounds like a lot – but in US dollars this is only US $6 million. The house itself is just beyond description. It offers so many amazing benefits. The interior design and architecture are something special,” he said.

The highest price paid for a property in Zimbali to date is understood to have been R36 million.
