Ballito Junction helping dreams come true
Thousands raised for the Reach for a Dream Foundation.
The Ballito Junction Regional Mall raised tens of thousands of rands over the festive season to bring a little light to the lives of those in need.
In total, a whopping R46 485.40 was raised for the Reach for a Dream Foundation.
The foundation helps to fulfill the dreams of children of any race, colour and creed between the ages of three and 18 faced with a life-threatening illness.
Ballito Junction CEO Geraldine Jorgensen said this donation was only possible due to the generosity of shoppers as the funds were raised through their sponsored gift wrapping kiosks where customers could have their Christmas goodies wrapped in return for a donation to the charity.
The Junction presented a cheque to Reach for a Dream at an official handover recently and thanked their loyal shoppers for their generosity in lending a helping hand to this very worthy cause.
