Find your smoothie colour
Try out these easy smoothie recipes and match the colour to your mood.

The yummiest way to dose up on vitamins is with a delicious, summer smoothie.
Try out these easy smoothie recipes and match the colour to your mood:
- Yellow: Use any combination of pawpaw, pear, apple, pineapple, mango, banana and/or orange.
- Pink: Use any combination of guava, strawberries, red grapes, frozen berries and blueberries.
- Green: Use any combination of green grapes, kiwi and green melon.
Ingredients:
Makes two glasses
- Two to three fruits of your choice cut into small chunks.
- 200ml low fat yoghurt, fruit or vanilla
- 200ml milk – Clover does a good lower-kilojoule 1% fat, long-life option called The One.
Method:
- Wash the fruit and remove any pips, then cut into chunks to make two cups full.
- Place fruit into a blender or food processor and blitz for 30 seconds.
- Add the yoghurt and milk and continue blending until smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass or plastic beaker for on-thego.
Top tip: For a fresh, semi-frozen smoothie, freeze the fruit chunks overnight.
If you are too busy to cut up fruit in the morning, buy yourself a readymade fruit salad to use instead.
