POWER ALERT: Loadshedding moved to stage 4
High probability of loadshedding tomorrow.
Eskom has announced stage 4 rotational loadshedding from 1pm today, which is likely to continue until 10pm this evening.
This comes after this morning’s stage 2 announcement.
In a statement released on their Twitter page, the power utility said that since this morning they have unexpectedly lost six additional generating units which have put additional strain on the system.

Ballito (the Southern Grid: all KDM areas south of Groutville up to just about the Isenembe turnoff on the R102) will be affected from 4pm until 6.30pm.
KwaDukuza municipality is still to announce the times for the Stanger Northern Grid (north of Groutville, up to Zamani and Kearsney and up to Nonoti River).
