RE/MAX Dolphin reaps rewards in Vegas
Simon Peacock attended the spectacular conference with his wife and business partner, Kim.

More than 7000 agents attended the RE/MAX International Convention in Las Vegas recently where RE/MAX Dolphin’s Simon Peacock claimed the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.
The broker owner of RE/MAX Dolphin attended the spectacular conference with his wife and business partner, Kim.
Simon said the conference was a fantastic learning opportunity where they were able to observe first hand the cutting edge trends and technology which the industry in USA are currently using.
“Augmented reality is in the full throes of being used in the USA which was of great interest to us.
“It is used to create an interactive experience of a real-world environment where the objects that reside in the real-world are “augmented” by computer-generated perceptual information.

“This is being used by agents to allow their clients the option to “view” a wide range of homes in an augmented reality environment, essentially allowing a client the opportunity to “view” more homes in less time and make short listing a more efficient process,” said Simon.
Being able to bring these modern techniques home to RE/MAX Dolphin will help them target a specific audience much more efficiently according to Kim.
“The “easy to use” editing apps are allowing the average Joe access to video in a simple way and this in turn allows our audiences access to video which is being highlighted as the preferred medium as opposed to the traditional still photo’s used in our industry currently,” said Kim.
“As Abraham Maslow said – you will either step forward into growth or you will step back into safety. We are committed to taking RE/MAX Dolphin and our clients into the future and to the growth of each of our agents.”
RE/MAX Dolphin also went on to achieve top results in the province at the recent RE/MAX KZN regional awards ceremony, landing RE/MAX Dolphin second position overall in the province.
