Notice of Dolphin Coast Residents and Ratepayers Association AGM
Residents and ratepayers, both members and non-members, are encouraged to attend.
The Dolphin Coast Residents and Ratepayers Association’s (DOCRRA), Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 22 May at The Pavilion Room, Simbithi Country Club, Ballito at 6pm.
Residents and ratepayers, both members and non-members, are encouraged to attend.
The Chairman’s Report will highlight the comprehensive new strategy and a summary of activities DOCCRA has been involved in, together with the status and feedback on those activities. These include their efforts in the resolution of the Townsend Park issue.

Special interest guests have been invited to share information on key topics namely, the implementation of the security cameras into the Ballito and Salt Rock areas and IPSS’ recent rescue efforts in Mozambique during the recent devastating Cyclone Idai.
DOCRRA will also be proposing their new non-profit organisation constitution for approval by the members.
AGM documentation will be made available on the website two weeks prior to the AGM. Documentation will also be sent, via email, to members that confirm AGM attendance.
