Unpacking the North Coast shopper at iLembe Business@Breakfast
Roots is South Africa's largest urban quantitative survey.
What does the North Coast shopper look like?
What, when and where do they shop?
And what does this mean for your business?
These questions and more will be answered on August 28 when Business Unit Director at TNS Research Surveys, Lynne Krog, breaks down the, explaining North Coast consumer behaviour with in-depth data to back it up.
Roots is South Africa’s largest urban quantitative survey.
The sample is random and covers 110 metropolitan communities across South Africa.
Over 27 000 household purchase decision makers are interviewed about topics including readership, shopping, food and groceries, banking, entertainment, travel and digital.
The survey offers specific insights into the KZN North Coast and the nature of the community.
People on the North Coast have their own unique way of doing things, and, especially when compared with other small metros, the insights are fascinating.
On a local level, the data reveals information that is imperative to business owners, like whether shoppers are buying things online and whether loyalty cards actually do encourage loyalty in consumers.
The talk, followed by breakfast, will be held at the Pavilion Room at Simbithi Eco Estate on Wednesday, August 28.
The event kicks off with coffee and tea served at 7.30am.
