Margaret Hirsch’s Property Club goes virtual
The North Coast has been one of the most sought-after property markets with buyers from around the country taking a keen interest in the region, which was the topic of discussion at the launch of the Property Club recently.
Who would have thought that it would take a global pandemic and lockdown to shift the modern world into a virtual revolution.
The last 12 months have seen just that happen and now Hirsch’s have taken their business a step further by launching their own Property Club online on March 18.
Executive Director Margaret Hirsch has been investing in property globally for the past 40 years and is not only passionate about this, but also about helping people understand the value of property investment.

Guest speakers included George Elphick, the founding partner of Elphick Proome Architects, Greg Simmonds, area sales manager with Dwell Properties who placed particular emphasis on their latest venture, Novella Stella, a lifestyle development for the over-50s in Chaka’s Rock.
The speakers emphasised the importance of location when it comes to property investment.
George described the current market as bullish, with the only areas lacking demand including retail space. Greg said developments such as Novella Stella were in high demand for those looking to downscale.
