More than 600 local businesses have so far been nominated for the inaugural “Best of Ballito” awards, but your favourite might still be missing!

Recognising businesses from beloved brands to local icons, the North Coast Courier’s readers’ choice awards is your chance to have a say.

Short of using their services, this is the best way to help out your preferred Ballito business, giving them exposure to residents and tourists alike.

From date night dinner recommendations to early morning coffee must-haves, you have an entire world to discover in your own backyard.

Since voting opened, nominations have streamed in, filling ballots in 91 distinct categories.

Still, there are bound to be some businesses you love that have until now missed the cut.

With the deadline for nominations looming on April 30, now is the time to take action, before it is too late.

Aside from recognising businesses that deserve some praise, the simple act of nominating or voting will offer you a chance of winning a share of prizes worth R30 000.
