Good turnout for High Tea fundraiser
More than 100 ladies supported the 'Trendy Autumn' themed fundraiser held at Ray's Kitchen in the Dunkirk Estate.
The 5th annual Ballito Mother’s Day High Tea was hosted by Imbalito Hope College, a centre for children with autism and special needs, at the weekend.
More than 100 ladies supported the ‘Trendy Autumn’ themed fundraiser held at Ray’s Kitchen in the Dunkirk Estate.
Psychologist and founder of Imbalito Hope College Therapy and Learning Centre, Nirasha Dhaniram, addressed attendees on the centre’s initiatives and the Connect Special Needs Forum, which was launched 15 years ago for working professionals, parents and the community at large to promote engagement, shared knowledge and support among families with special needs children.
She thanked the generous sponsors from the North Coast community, partners and friends for making the annual event a success.
