Body of drowned teen recovered at Glendale

The boy had gone missing yesterday afternoon after visiting a dam at Glendale.

The body of a missing 15-year-old teen was recovered at Glendale this morning, a day after he was reported missing after going to a dam in the area,

A search and rescue operation was conducted by IPSS Medical Rescue and the Umhlali Saps’ K9 unit at the dam this morning, during which a police dog alerted divers to a location where the teen’s body was found.

The body was handed over to Glendale Saps.
