Unbeatable North Coast events to look forward to

6 November – Soak up the vibe and connect with your tribe at First Thursdays at The Studios. Enjoy live music by Quiet Storm from 5.30pm. Sundowners on Eat Street from 4pm with DJ Katie La Femme.

7 November – Live music with Dave Starke at The Market from 6pm or on Eat Street with Afritude from 6.30pm.

8 November – Dig into Saturday dinner at The Market with Mthobisi Khumalo from 6pm or on Eat Street with The Black Lapels from 6.30pm.

9 November – Community dog walk event at Sugar Rush Park from 6am. Puppy Yoga from 6-7am, 5km walk from 8.30am and 2km walk at 9am. Tickets from R75-R220 via Quicket. All ticket proceeds to SAFE Foster Network.

– Women’s circle yoga at Thrive Naturally Yoga Studio in Salt Rock from 9am. Contact Mary-Anne at 082 920 9800 or Justice at 068 671 2159 to book.

– Catch Chuck Bowden over lunch at The Market from 12.30pm and Suits of Armour at Eat Street from 1pm.

16 November – Specialist cheese and wine tasting and purchasing event at Ekhaya Guesthouse at 2pm featuring Black Elephant Vintners plus music by saxophonist Wesley Lewis along with an entertaining programme of readings. Tickets R80. Contact Richard on WhatsApp at 078 780 0735.

• Thursday: Salt Rock Farmers’ Market,
7am-12pm, at Slow Roads Collective.
• First Friday of every month: Burnedale Farm Night Market, 4.30-8.30pm in Umhlali.
• Last Friday of every month: Market 032 night market, 5.30-8.30pm at La Montagne.
• Saturday and Sunday and selected public holidays: Ballito Farmers Market, 8am-3pm at Lower Oaklands Farm, Umhlali.
• Sunday: The Sugar Market – Farmers’ Edition, 10am-2pm at Sugar Rush Park.
