Santa spreads smiles at KwaDukuza Private Hospital year-end party

Children from the surrounding communities were thrilled to take part in the festive cheer.

KwaDukuza Private Hospital opened its doors to joy and excitement on Friday as it hosted its annual year-end party for children.

More than 100 children from various orphanages were treated to a day filled with fun, learning and unforgettable festive moments. The event aimed to give the youngsters a special holiday experience in a warm and caring environment.

One of the biggest highlights was the reptile show, which immediately captivated the children’s attention. Another favourite was the KwaDukuza Fire Department’s foam display, which had the little ones cheering and playing with delight.

Of course, no festive celebration would be complete without Santa Claus, who made a memorable entrance and handed out gifts to each child, adding to the Christmas magic.

The day was not only fun, but also educational. IPSS Medical Rescue brought Santa in on an ambulance with sirens blaring, giving children an exciting introduction to emergency services.

The excitement reached new heights, literally, when a Badul Air Aviation helicopter landed and later took off, offering a dramatic and thrilling demonstration.

The event gave the children a day to remember as they head into the festive season.
