Locals and holidaymakers enjoyed a lively, relaxed day at the Ballito Farmers’ Market in Umhlali last Saturday, with good weather, great food and live music adding to the atmosphere.

Shoppers browsed a wide range of stalls while enjoying lunch in the sunshine. A live band, Fire in the Jukebox, kept visitors entertained.

Visitors can choose from fresh farm produce, flowers and plants from the nursery, as well as unique local retail items.

The market also features fashion, art, crafted goods, lifestyle products and a variety of activities for children.

It is open from 8am to 3pm every Saturday and Sunday, as well as on selected public holidays.
