From a whisper to a Shout for Crawford play

Some characters think it’s a sleepover, some think it’s a sports’ evening, some just came for the food!

Shout is a comical ghost story… where nobody dies.

They are coming (we don’t know who)…and they don’t do much!

The recent Crawford College North Coast production was set in a school hall on a Friday night where a group of teenagers were invited to gather – the reason was not revealed.

Some characters think it’s a sleepover, some think it’s a sports’ evening, some just came for the food!

“Stomp/Ladder” choreography Victoria Page-Andrews featuring Nicole Ruijter, Isabella Pieroni, Jordyn Trollip, Rachel Devine, Daiana Hartley, Daisy Dixon and Gabby Broom.

Throughout the evening they hear noises, music and see strange things like dancing ghosts.

They are convinced that the school is haunted and they may not be wrong.

Through music and dance the “ghosts” are introduced.

These ghosts have all died in or around the school hall over the years!

Once their story was told, the cast finally understand why they were invited, and what they were meant to do and so “Shout” turns from a ghostly whisper to a hilarious production.

“Lost Boy” choreography Melissa Wood featuring Daisy Dixon and Calden Gibbs.
