Young poets of tomorrow

Local pupils took part in the Kwaphenduka Projects' annual poetry competition.

Budding authors competed in Kwaphenduka Projects’ annual poetry competition sponsored by African Bank at Albert Luthuli Museum recently.

The grade three winners were: 1st Mbali Dlamini from Izipozethu Primary, 2nd Precious Mpele from Radha Roopsingh Primary and 3rd Thandiwe Kunene from Mandeni Primary.

The grade four winners were: 1st Amukelani Msomi from Melville Primary, 2nd Philile Dube from Mandeni Primary and 3rd Maldene-Lee Philip from Radha Roopsingh Primary.

Kwaphenduka Projects’ Nathan Wit said they were always keen for support and donations from the community, but what they were really looking for are corporate partners.
