Christmas cops escort Santa to Sunfield Home School

The children were treated to a big party including cakes, cooldrinks and of course Christmas presents.

It was all cheers and excitement when a blue light brigade brought Santa and his Christmas elves with a bag full of goodies to the Sunfield Home School recently.

Instead of reindeer, Santa, also known as Mannie Stefano, was escorted to the school near Verulam by Tongaat SAPS.

Nothing like Christmas cake to complete the party.

“I got lost and came across some policemen checking licences. I asked for directions and they kindly offered to escort me to the party, which was a real hoot for the children.

“Thank you for going out of your way to help,” said Stefano, whose wife, Gail is part of the Wednesday Club.

The children were treated to a big party including cakes, cooldrinks and of course Christmas presents.

As a thank you, the children entertained the Wednesday Club ladies with beautiful Christmas songs.
