Watch: Sizani Primary and So High Pre-primary join the Jerusalema dance

South African artist Master KG has sparked a global dance movement with his latest single Jerusalema.

Sizani Primary School in Salt Rock and So High Methodist Pre-primary in Umhlali performed their own versions of the Jerusalema dance this week.

South African artist Master KG has sparked a global dance movement with his latest single Jerusalema.

Comparable with the memorable Ayy Macarena and Pharrell Williams’ Happy, Jerusalema’s music video recently reached 100 million views.

Sizani teacher Rose Khuzwayo said they dedicated their dance, performed this morning, to the teachers who had lost their lives to Covid-19. “That is why we flew balloons before we started the dance.

“We also celebrated that we have so far survived Covid-19 and we are back at school after a long unplanned break,” said Khuzwayo.
