Trubel Primary pupils show goodwill

Principal Guru Ramcharan said he was proud that despite their low socio-economic conditions, the pupils have come forward to assist.

The Tongaat Child and Family Welfare Society visited Trubel Primary School recently to hand over a certificate in recognition of the school’s contribution towards the society’s Children’s Fund.

Staff and pupils undertook a cash collection which will go towards purchasing breakfast cereal for destitute pupils. Trubel Primary itself is a beneficiary of the programme.

Social Worker Mfundo Ndlovu praised the school for its continued support in trying times.

“Such early education to help the needy is indeed a huge learning curve.”.

Principal Guru Ramcharan said he was proud that despite their low socio-economic conditions, the pupils have come forward to assist.
