Academy launches E-learning platform

Pupils will have access to advanced technology, boosting the standard of education.

The Mandini Academy recently introduced an E- learning digital platform worth R180 000 at the school in collaboration with product developers and sponsors I Whiz and Chieta.

The “Teacher in the Pocket” system will give grade 7-12 pupils access to advanced technology to boost the standard of education.

“We can no longer use the outdated chalk and talk teaching method. Our pupils’ learning styles are different and we need to evolve and develop a new modern approach to teaching and learning,” said department head Desigan Pillay who was responsible for the implementation of the initiative.
