My favourite thing about the venue is its versatility. It is divided into  four main areas -a deck, two sections down stairs and the smoking section next to the traditional Dala. The food  is predominantly Mozambican with a twist here and there.
We had the half/half rissoles and they are phenomenal – the homemade sweet chilli sauce is amazing.  We also had the stuffed green olives with cashew nuts that is a simple dish but the lime chilli and olive flavours are perfectly matched. For mains the chicken Prego is definately worth a try – tender and delicious. Their calamari main is one of the best calamari’s I’ve eaten in a long time. Tender with a great pan fry on them, absolutely excellent at Mozambik. Service at Mozambik is also really great, it’s nice to see with all of the new stores opening up that they haven’t taken their eye off the original branch. I haven’t eaten there often but plan to do so from now on!
