Who has my refuse bags?

I have telephoned Dolphin Coast Waste management repeatedly to request refuse bags, which we no longer receive and to which we are entitled. Still waiting.

We have been forced, for some years now, to purchase garden refuse bags, as the issue of new bags once a year is ludicrously insufficient. Our   new, intact bags are regularly switched with torn and tattered bags, despite all entreaties to the driver and staff, who seem to find my frustration amusing.

Now we are having to buy black plastic bags for our kitchen refuse as well.

Their very polite operations manager is always quick to reassure me that bags will be delivered ‘ today’ but it has been a couple of months now. Still waiting.
