Hats off, once again, to Marius at Torga Optical in Ballito, for service above and beyond the ordinary.
Either I am a ‘klutz’ or my glasses have free will, like to lounge around on sofas and chairs, and have been known to play hide and seek under the floor mat in my car. They also enjoy gardening and swimming (though fortunately not in the ocean)
Both myself and my various pairs of glasses, one for reading, one for driving, one for the computer and one for sun are frequent visitors to Marius. Often quite certain that on this occasion, without a doubt, my latest wayward pair of spectacles will have to be put to its final resting place.
I am no longer surprised that no problem is too much trouble, no repair too complicated. Customer satisfaction and superior service are the norm here.
