It has been a tough year. The death of Tata Mandela has created a void in the lives of South Africans and the world at large. He is irreplaceable but we as citizens of South Africa must ensure that we try to emulate him as we follow his teachings, dreams and aspirations.
I want thank the residents of KwaDukuza for their support during the year 2013. There are many ideas in place for 2014. There are many needs that must be met such as a temple in the Newtown/Rocky Park area, a feeding scheme for the poor and a shelter for abused women and children in Kwa Dukuza. These dreams can be fulfilled with the assistance of the residents of KwaDukuza.
I wish everyone a safe, secure and happy holiday and look forward to a prosperous New Year. Please do not forget to register to vote so that your voice can be heard in the upcoming elections.
