They all help bring solace and calm

Thanks to our fantastic community and sponsors, we were privileged to focus our efforts on our primary purpose. We were able to bring solace and calm to the turmoil and fear that cancer strikes into the hearts of patients and the minds of people who love them. We were again able to give love and support to the victims of a murderous disease which seems to proliferate every year. We said farewell to many new and old friends in the knowledge that their release brings peace.
We did this on the wings of our sponsors. We share our labour of love with people and organisations who have hearts large enough to embrace the sombre task we have been set. Organisations driven by people of compassion and vision. People who have been with us since the beginning of this mission. I have to highlight names like Ballito Autohaus and Mr Paul Naidoo, Rotary Zimbali, Palm Lakes Estate, Umhlali Bridge Club, The Courier, The Wednesday Club and Dolphin Coast Rugby Club.
Collectively we have supported, and made a significant difference in the lives of many North Coast patients. Over and over the Ballito community has overwhelmed us with love and support and we pray God’s every blessing on you as we all relax for a short while before climbing the next hill. May 2014 be what you want it to be, ushering in a time of peace and mutual appreciation as we pray for a government that will abandon self and become a government of the people for the people in this election year.
