In response to Mohammed Desai’s letter (Attack on dog owner is racist, Courier, February 14), I wish to make it very clear that there were many white people who were very against the man who poisoned and terrorised his neighbour’s dogs.
If you would take the trouble to read the previous Courier properly you will know that this man was arrested and will appear in court in May. As far as you using the race issue, you are way out of context and you should certainly leave the race issue where it belongs (in the trash can).
In this day and age we do not want comments like yours if we are striving to all live in this country.
