Is your marketing showing results?

Marketing guru Thomas Oosthuizen shares valuable insights on how to leverage your brand.

Marketing only has two jobs in a company: to keep and get customers.
So ask yourself, what am I doing about both? Can I show results for it?
To grow revenue, you need to keep your existing customers, grow their value to the company, and acquire the right kinds of customers. To do that,
you need to be very clear about who these customers are.

There are simple questions to ask to help you with this.
Also, once you know, you need to decide what you must say, through what media types, to retain and attract these customers. Some media types are better than others in doing this,
you need to define your message appropriately to the task, and select the right medium to fit the task.

The better you understand these customers, their wants and needs, and what they believe about your company, the easier it will be to design messages and select media that will achieve
this.

Then evaluate: is what I am doing right now working? If so, why? If not, why not?

Know what to change about your marketing to make it more targeted and effective. So, know what questions to ask and how to do it.
