l refer to Gilbert Flett’s letter (Courier March 28) where he expresses himself as “very disturbed” to hear Ashton pulled out of the Felixton College Rugby tournament.
l understand the disappointment but Gilbert please, next time, check your facts before ‘you rush to print’ and l am sure you will see that there is always another side to every story.
l, for one, am very pleased to see that Ashton’s coach, Andre Barnard, put the children’s well being before ‘the glory of the school’ and l commend him for this.
Not a happy tale but one where the right hard decision was made. Well done Andre.
