We recently relocated to Ballito from Gauteng. On Sunday, a tree fell down in front of our driveway, blocking it.
The tree was huge, blocking the whole road. Not sure what to do or who to phone, I phoned Ballito fire brigade. Took them two seconds to answer the phone, which you don’t get in other provinces! Spoke to a very friendly lady who listened to our problem and sent out a team to assist. If we waited five minutes for them to arrive, it was long! Which you also don’t get in other provinces! They cleaned up the road within 20 minutes. Friendly and smiling!
