The ANC is gunning for DA councillor, Gumede who has been absent from three consecutive council meetings without permission.
The same ANC is not at war with councillors who do not call ward meetings and worse, with the Ilembe speaker who, with his body-guard, accumulated excessive overtime.
In a certain ward, the council is building a hall, smaller than halls we built but more expensive at  about R1.5m. The company building the hall is a “comrade”.
In the department of communication, there is a company milking the council, getting paid for work done by officials. The DA will call for a forensic investigation and head of department Sifiso Zulu will have to account how much was paid for what.
A company belonging to a comrade is paid everymonth but waste has not been picked up in wards for three months.
Give us three years, KwaDukuza will be on its knees with such leaders.
