Beach ablutions in disgusting state

I hope you can help. I have an urgent complaint about the condition of the ablution facilities at the main beach. We have been visiting Ballito for about 15 years, and never was it such a shame. Many of the mechanisms do not work, it stinks, and the walls are painted with what I do not even want to describe.

I spoke to the lifeguards and they gave me the number of the main manager of the beach. I phoned him on Monday, January 5, and described the situation to him. He promised to immediately send a team to attend to the problem. It is now Thursday, and nothing has happened yet.

What I can not understand is that while the beach is Ballito’s best asset, they do not see the facilities as a priority.

Can you please put pressure on them, because we know that if the public do not put pressure these days, some things will not improve.
