Access system is annoying

I want to complain about the access at Zimbali Coastal Resort lately. The system they are using now is annoying, disgusting and totally wasting our time as visitors.
The devices in use are poor compared to the scanning system they were using early last year. When you think of visiting the place your heart sinks.
The guard scans your car disc and driver’s license, which is cool, but the worst part is when they have to give you a card for booms inside the premises. The guard have to scan 20 to 40 cards to get one that works, wasting our time. I stood for 30 minutes at the gate and the queue behind me was as long as a train.
I don’t blame the guys at the gates and I feel sorry for them because they are being insulted by visitors and even fellow residents.
