Indians by nature are tillers of soil. This is an inherited skill reflected by the 1820 indentured labourers. When land was purchased in the aparthied era, it was not to enrich them but to make our living. Indian farmers produce crops which are unique to them as well as other crops which all races consume.
The government doesn’t seem to have the foresight to realise the value of having farmers of all races. The more the farmers the greater will be food production to feed our ever increasing population. This is basic common sense.
Land claims cannot justify the destruction of Indian farmers and their livelihood to benefit the elite blacks who are already financially secure. Farm labourers cannot be evicted if they reside on their employers farm for 10 years, but the Indian farmers can be evicted from their own farm no matter how many decades they lived there.
This government blames the apartheid government for their own inefficiency in service delivery, but the Indian farmers are held resposible for the apartheid government selling land to Indians. Does this government possess some kind of superior logic that no mere mortals can comprehend?
No matter how great a burden the Indians have to endure from government, their God will not forsake them, because God always helps the oppressed to triumph.
