I assume that the “new” scrounging bylaw will also cover the municipality’s beach parties on our beaches, as the uncivilised KDM partygoers actually foul the beaches worse than the odd dog.
If the KDM officials have to be weighed and tagged at R10 per kg to get onto our beaches then we will be able to look forward to a considerable reduction in our rates. Please advise if this further attempt to annoy the public includes walking your dog along the boardwalk. If so I will have to get a really large vicious dog to frighten the vagrants off as they should not be given jobs, they should be run out of town with a boot in the correct place.
