You are punishing people who vote for you. People can’t afford metered water from the Ilembe District Municipality. Payment arrangements are failing and new prepaid meters left dry. What happened to putting people first before profit? This situation will soon explode. Attend to this crisis before it’s too late. Councillors are scared to address this crisis to protect their positions. Wake up people you are on your own. Like Michael Jackson once said, “they don’t really care about us”.
Councillors, get off your political comfort zones and be on the side of the people, not against them. The next revolution will be about water. Forget the world war.
